Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp Coffee (Scoops of your favorite good quality coffee)
  • 4 cups Boiling Water (If you are using a French press- make coffee as you normally would.)
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup Half and Half
  • ¼ cup Turbinado Sugar

Equipment

  • 1 French Press You can also use a coffee machine to brew the coffee.

Method

  1. Brew coffee in a Friench Press (7 Tablespoons coffee and 4 cups boiling water). Allow to sit for approximately five minutes.
  2. Add brewed coffee to a heat safe container. Add the sugar and the golden syrup. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the half & half and the heavy whipping cream and stir.
  4. Allow the coffee to completely cool in the refrigerator (approximately 2 hours or until completely cold.)
  5. Stir again before serving as the sugars and syrup can sink to the bottom. If desired serve with whipped cream on top. Garnish with double chocolate coffee beans.
